The Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, yesterday received Shura Council Chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh, who greeted him on his return to the Kingdom.

Present were Central Bank of Bahrain Chairman Qassim Mohammed Fakhro, the premier’s advisors and senior officials. The meeting discussed local issues and  means of bolstering cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities.

The premier affirmed that the cooperation between the government and parliament had a great role in supporting government initiatives to upgrade services for citizens. The meeting also discussed government programmes to further improve citizens’ lives.
